All orders are shipped in discreet, protective packaging. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
We cover all customs duties and import taxes on international orders, so there are no surprise charges when your order arrives, the price you pay at checkout is the price you pay, full stop.
This is factored into our international shipping rates, so shipping to destinations outside the UK may look a little higher than you'd expect from a standard courier fee, that's simply because duties and taxes are already built in on our end, rather than being billed to you separately on delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Please note that international deliveries may occasionally be subject to delays beyond our control, including customs processing.
